4. Wearing Poorly Fitting Shoes

If your shoes do not fit properly, they can cause joint pain. Shoes that are too tight can squeeze your toes together and cause pain in your feet and ankles. Shoes that are too loose can make you unstable and increase your risk of falling, leading to joint pain. Make sure you buy shoes that fit properly and provide support for your feet.
